Ruppert Landscape recently named Jim Tilley branch manager in the company’s northern Richmond, Virginia location.
Tilley joined the organization in 2020 as an area manager and was soon after promoted to the associate branch manager position in preparation for future leadership opportunities. Prior to joining Ruppert, he served as a branch manager for another leading landscaping company and has successfully operated his own business.
“As our presence in the Richmond market continues to grow, Jim’s leadership has positioned the branch well to continue growing our people and serving customers,” said Kevin Hazelgrove, region manager in the company’s landscape management division. “Jim’s team’s and customers enjoy working with him, and he has been involved with some of the area’s largest and most prominent properties.”
In this role, he will be responsible for the overall welfare of the branch, including the safety and development of is team, strategic planning and budgeting, training, customer service, and day-to-day operations.
This branch serves the Northern Richmond, Virginia metropolitan region including the counties of Henrico, Hanover, and New Kent. From this location, the company provides comprehensive landscape management/contract services including design and landscape enhancement, turf care, irrigation system management, pond and lake management, arbor care, snow and ice management, and holiday decorations.
