Ruppert Landscape’s RLTV Video Series Wins MarCom Gold Award

Ruppert Landscape is proud to announce that its in-house video series, RLTV, has been honored with a Gold Award in the 2024 MarCom Awards, an esteemed international competition celebrating excellence in marketing and communication.

Born out of the COVID era as a solution to improve communication with employees, RLTV launched in 2021 as a dynamic video series providing engaging, bite-sized updates on the exciting developments within Ruppert Landscape. Distributed biweekly to over 2,500 employees through email, text, and social media channels, RLTV has quickly become a cornerstone of Ruppert’s communication strategy. Each three to five-minute episode covers a wide range of topics, from project showcases and leadership messages to event recaps, employee highlights, facility tours, and community service efforts. What began as a way to share important news has evolved into a vital platform that unites employees across 45 branches in nine states. RLTV plays an instrumental role in fostering company culture, promoting transparency, and bridging communication gaps in a fast-growing organization. MarCom Awards recognizes outstanding achievement by creative professionals involved in the concept, direction, design, and production of marketing and communication materials and programs.
