Ruppert Landscape is pleased to announce the promotion of Collin Fadrowski and Ryan Rote to the position of branch manager in the company’s landscape management division.
Fadrowski will oversee operations in the Camp Hill, Pennsylvania branch. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Susquehanna University and has over nine years of industry experience, having spent five years with the Brickman Group as a crewman, supervisor, and operations manager before joining Ruppert four years ago. He started as a senior field manager in the Baltimore, MD branch and was shortly thereafter promoted to area manager.
“Collin has built strong teams throughout the years as an area manager and has a strong will to succeed,” said Tom Barry, president of the landscape management division. “We knew we had the right fit when we presented this opportunity to Collin, and he is eager to hit the ground running in this new position.”
Rote will oversee operations in the Charlotte, North Carolina branch. He studied landscape design at the University of Delaware, during which time he interned with Ruppert. Upon graduation, he officially joined the company as a field manager in the Laytonsville, Maryland branch. He was soon promoted to area manager and has since also spent time as an enhancement manager.
“We appreciate the loyalty that Ryan has shown the company and the energy that he puts into making Ruppert a quality service provider,” said Barry. “This, along with his ability to motivate and engage his team, will help him be successful in growing the Charlotte branch and developing his people.”
As branch managers, Fadrowski and Rote will be responsible for the overall welfare of their branch, including the safety and development of the team, strategic planning and budgeting, training, and day-to-day operations.
