Region Manager
Melissa oversees all landscape maintenance operations in our Frederick, Laytonsville, and Silver Spring (MD) branches. Her responsibilities include planning, budgeting, and personnel development within her region and ensuring customer satisfaction. She has 20+ years of landscape industry experience, including a decade with Ruppert, and holds a degree in landscape contracting from SUNY Delhi. She is a Maryland Licensed Pesticide Applicator, Certified Professional Horticulturist (CPH), and Certified Landscape Technician (CLT).
