Jim oversees all landscape maintenance and installation operations within the South division, working closely with region management to influence operational decisions that better serve our customers and team members. He holds a bachelor of science degree from SUNY Cobleskill and has 30+ years of industry experience, including two decades with Ruppert.

Andrew oversees landscape maintenance operations in our Charleston, North Charleston, and Johns Island (SC) branches. He provides strategic vision and operational insight and acts as a resource for branch managers in the areas of people development, training, customer service, and profitability. He has over 20 years of combined experience in landscaping and construction and holds a BS in mechanical engineering from the University of Mississippi.

Doug is responsible for overseeing landscape maintenance and installation operations in our Delmarva (DE), Houston (TX), Jacksonville (FL), and Orlando (FL) branches. He provides strategic vision and operational insight and acts as a resource for branch managers in the areas of people development, training, customer service, and profitability. He has been with Ruppert for over two decades, holds a bachelor’s degree in plant science from the State University of New York at Cobleskill, and is a Certified Professional Horticulturist and pesticide applicator.

He has over 30 years of industry experience, including over two decades with Ruppert, and holds a general contractor’s license from the state of Georgia.
