Branch Manager

Sean oversees all landscape installation operations in our Maryland branch, managing projects across the region. His role encompasses strategic planning, budgeting, personnel development, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. He has been with the Ruppert organization for over a decade and holds a bachelor’s degree in agricultural business from West Virginia University. He is OSHA 30 certified and is a graduate of the Associated Builders and Contractors of Metro Washington’s Leadership Development Program and the Grinnell Leadership Jumpstart® Program.
