Fred oversees all landscape maintenance operations in our State College (PA) branch. His responsibilities include planning, budgeting, personnel development, and ensuring customer satisfaction. He holds an associate’s degree in landscape and nursery production from the Pennsylvania College of Technology and has over two decades of landscape industry experience.
