Ruppert Landscape is proud to announce the well-deserved promotion of Lou LaBonte to the position of Branch Manager in the company’s Virginia landscape construction branch. In his new role, he will provide dynamic leadership, overseeing all aspects of planning, budgeting, and personnel development within the branch. With a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction, he will spearhead landscape construction projects throughout the Northern Virginia region.
“We are thrilled to see Lou step into the role of Branch Manager,” said Jim Tuzzolino, Regional Vice President in the company’s landscape construction division. “His commitment to excellence and ability to inspire those around him make him an ideal leader. With Lou at the helm, we are confident in our continued growth and success in the Northern Virginia construction market.”
LaBonte brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to his new role. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Rhode Island College and further honed his expertise with a master’s degree from George Mason University. Prior to joining Ruppert, his career spanned the hospitality and education industries. Since joining the organization in early 2020, he has consistently demonstrated exceptional performance, serving as a project manager, and later as a business developer, before being promoted to associate branch manager in 2021.
“I am deeply honored and excited to take on this role, and I consider this opportunity a testament to the hard work and dedication of our incredible team,” said LaBonte. “Together, we will continue to drive innovation, exceed expectations, and build a brighter future for our staff, clients, and the communities we serve.”
