A National Association of Landscape Professionals (NALP) and Landscape Contractors Association (LCA) award-winning project. Bethesda Row is a high-end, mixed-use urban district that blends 530,000 square feet of shopping, dining, and living into the heart of Bethesda, Maryland. The area is home to many important institutions and headquarters including the National Institutes of Health, the Consumer Product Safety Commission, Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, Lockheed Martin and Marriott International. It is situated in the middle of a high-profile neighborhood just outside of Washington, D.C .with tenants and clientele that have high expectations. With a resurgence of people rediscovering the benefits of convenience, timesaving and community in a live/work environment, the management team of Bethesda Row has worked diligently to attract and retain national retailers, local boutiques, eclectic restaurants and 180 residential units into this urban environment.
Project Scope
Installation and annual maintenance, maintenance of walkways, turf, beds, trees, pots, building entrances, roadways, storefront parking and common grounds, perennial and tree care, pruning, hand watering, irrigation maintenance, holiday lighting, snow removal.
