Overview
Clarksburg Premium Outlets’ two-level, village-style setting features a sophisticated, contemporary design complete with covered walkways and spacious courtyards with seating, landscaping, fountains, custom-made art, a fireplace and a children’s play area. The development is Simon Premium Outlet Center®’s second LEED-certified Premium Outlet center, incorporating a number of energy-saving measures including LED-lighting throughout the center, bike racks, a small solar panel in the Market Hall and enhanced stormwater management systems.
Project Scope
Installation of landscape, irrigation, pavers, concrete flatwork, colored concrete flatwork, soils, and site furnishings; ongoing landscape maintenance.
