Overview
Completed in 2008, Ruppert Landscape worked with Rodgers Builders to build this incredible corporate campus. Ruppert was responsible for all of the landscape, hardscape including concrete, irrigation, water features, site amenities, and most notably a rain water harvesting system. The sustainability movement in this country was very much in its adolescence when this project was conceived and designed. Rain water is both captured from an on-grade drainage system as well as from the downspouts of the building and sent through ponds and streams to a large retention pond on site. This water is then used in the irrigation system throughout the year. The captured water moving through the system creates tranquil spaces for the Lowes employees to enjoy throughout the campus.
Project Scope
All site masonry, concrete, paving, water features, fencing, site lighting, planting and landscape management.
