Overview
Quarry Springs is a gated community created on the site of an old working stone quarry in Bethesda, MD. The site is adjacent to the Washington, D.C. beltway, and is approximately 15 miles from downtown. The recently completed project is phase I of a two-phase build. The current phase includes two unit buildings, each with eight condominiums, an underground parking garage and a clubhouse. Amenities include a game room, catering kitchen, meeting space, outdoor pool, fitness center, yoga studio and spa, several water features, covered garage parking, valet parking services, and concierge services.
Project Scope
Installation of 1200 trees, 19,000 shrubs, 12,000 groundcover and perennials, 1 acre of sod, irrigation, carpentry, fountains and water features, boulders, and site furnishings; ongoing landscape management.
