A National Association of Landscape Professionals (NALP) and Landscape Contractors Association (LCA) award-winning project. Rockville Town Square is a high-end, mixed-use urban district that spans 15 acres and blends shopping, dining, entertainment and living in the heart of Rockville, Maryland. It consists of 180,000 square feet of street-level restaurants and shops, 644 condominiums and apartments, a 7,200 square foot outdoor ice skating rink (open seasonally), 2,000 parking spaces, Montgomery County’s flagship 100,000 square-foot library and a dynamic community square.
Project Scope
Installation of landscape, irrigation, concrete flatwork, soils, drainage, masonry, site lighting, artificial turf, and site furnishings; maintenance of walkways, turf, beds, trees, pots, building entrances, roadways, storefront parking and common grounds; perennial and tree care, pruning, hand watering, irrigation maintenance, holiday lighting, and snow removal.
