A National Association of Landscape Professionals (NALP) and Landscape Contractors Association (LCA) award-winning project. Turnberry Tower Arlington is a 920,000 SF, 247-unit, 32-floor residential high-rise offering picturesque views over the Key Bridge to Georgetown, the Potomac River, Washington National Cathedral, Kennedy Center, Washington Monument and the Virginia suburbs. The project has LEED certification from the US Green Building Council and is one of the premier residential spots in Northern Virginia. As such, it was designed with high-end living in mind: granite steps and walkways, decorative pavers, colored concrete and water features were installed to mirror the building’s impressive veneer. The landscape lends a finished, established look with the inclusion of mature trees, large shrubs and massive plantings of perennials and groundcover.
