Overview
Located in the center of Tysons Corner, Virginia is Lerner Properties’ Tysons II – a visionary master-planned development that features trophy office towers, luxury retail in Tysons Galleria Mall, The Ritz-Carlton Hotel and numerous upscale dining options. Tysons II also offers the Tysons Corner Metro Station onsite and express lane access to the Capital Beltway and Dulles Toll Road, as well as providing abundant green space and hosting appealing events such as Cirque du Soleil. Scope
The maintenance of the site includes care of 800 perennials/grasses/shrubs; 2,000 annuals; 60 acres of finished turf; 400 trees; edging; mulching; and irrigation management. Since taking over the site’s maintenance two years ago, there have been approximately 30 enhancements (ranging from small to large-scale and including hardscape and irrigation upgrades) to help augment this site’s visual appeal and functionality.
