Ruppert’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
In addition to many other services, our EAP through United Healthcare provides emotional support and mental health services to all Ruppert employees, regardless of whether they are enrolled in a Ruppert healthcare plan.
Through your EAP benefit, you are eligible for confidential support. Call and speak with a trained specialist to help you manage stress; find support for anxiety, depression, grief, or substance use; access legal assistance, childcare and eldercare resources, and financial coaching.
You can access in-person or virtual counseling sessions around the clock at no additional cost for initial intake and up to 3 free sessions per issue, per year, with a participating mental health provider.
